B2B & Strategic Partnership

Job Description

Responsibilities:
– Strategically identify, approach, and secure potential partners, including agencies, corporations, communities, and relevant institutions to achieve partnership and business growth targets.
– Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate partners, agencies, communities, and other strategic stakeholders.
– Develop and manage corporate training partnerships and hiring partner initiatives to expand business opportunities and strengthen strategic collaborations.
– Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify partnership opportunities aligned with company goals and market strategy.
– Lead partnership meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-up discussions to establish and strengthen collaborations.
– Prepare, review, and manage partnership documentation, including MoUs, contracts, and other related agreements in coordination with internal stakeholders.
– Track and evaluate partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize collaboration outcomes.
– Maintain partnership documentation, CRM/database, and reports to ensure accurate tracking of partnership activities and pipeline.
– Drive B2B outreach initiatives by prospecting, qualifying, and engaging potential corporate partners.

Job Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent relevant professional experience.
– Proven experience (1–3 years) in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Corporate Relations, Employer Relations, Account Management, or other client-facing B2B roles.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
– Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
– Experience in managing corporate partnerships, client relationships, or B2B collaboration is highly preferred.
– Willing to work from office (WFO) in Sleman (Yogyakarta).
